How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
My training emphasis is to empower and educate my clients to better themselves in and out of the gym with sustainable training and nutritional habits with a non gimmicky approach. With our time together you will have the right understanding as to what and why we are doing what we do. Simple, effective programming with personal training results. With a zero tolerance for negativity within our own believes and our own capabilities in training. I will show you how you can not only improve your fitness and health but also use your new found strength to improve all other areas in your lifestyle.
I'm nervous what will happen when we first meet/start?
Our first meeting together will be all about discussing your goals, training history, lifestyle and health. It will also be a chance for me to get to know you a little. From this I can begin to design you a bespoke training plan specific to your goal. Theres no avoiding admin work so this will also be completed at this stage. If your comfortable we will take some measurements for data and progress pictures. This is entirely your choice.
Do you offer meal plans or nutritional guidance?
As part of our on-going training together you will receive the continuous required knowledge for your own personal nutritional requirements dependant on the goal, fat loss, muscle building etc. Meal plans are not individually subscribed. However you will be guided with a recommended nutritional breakdown of what to eat, why and when, e.g; calories, carbohydrates, protein and fats. You will learn how to implement healthy sustainable habits for everyday life to last your lifetime. There will be no short cuts.
What is online fitness coaching?
Online fitness coaching is like having your own real-life personal trainer in your pocket. Via my online fitness app you will have access to myself and your own custom-designed training plan and nutritional goals directly to your device to help you achieve your specific, individual goals. You will have full accountability via live workout tracking and myself checking in with you at an agreed time. For this option it is recommended you have some basic exercise experience.
Where about are you based?
Currently for 121 personal training I'm primarily gym based working from a location in Brentford, Energie Fitness. I have been luckily enough to have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of client for 5 years at Energie Fitness. I may also be able to offer oudoor/home sessions within the locality of Ealing/Hounslow/Richmond boroughs at a slightly higher session rate.
What is 1-2-1 training?
1-2-1 is an entirely focused personalized training session based around your goals and training requirements. This 1-2-1 approach is always planned towards reaching the goal. It could be a session on technical improvement, strength training, core and stability, general fitness, fat loss or total body recomposition plan. Whatever the goal, whatever the challenge 1-2-1 will give the most successful long term result.
